Sat., Nov. 15 - Self-Healing Through the Chakras: A Transformative Day at the Page Center in Little Lake, MI. Using multiple paths of perception, you'll deepen and expand your sense of your own chakras, their relationship to your everyday life and how to increase their balance and vitality. In a relaxing, supportive environment, surrounded by the soothing natural beauty of the Page Center, we'll discover the messages of the chakras through guided meditation, vibration-raising techniques, simple movements, energetic self-healing, poetry reading, self-awareness questionnaires, journaling, sound-making and collaging. We'll even share some "chakra snacks"!

Retreat is 10 am - 6 pm, $85 with pre-paid registration by Nov. 8th, $95 after if space available.
